How do you do that?
Well, we start with a quick chat!
We sit down, have a chat about your lifestyle, diet and nutrition as well as other things you may want to talk about.
How long will that take?
Less than a few minutes!
The whole point of having a quick chat is to find out if we can help you achieve your wellness goals. You can have a chat via phone - or pop in and see us.
How much is this initial consultation/chat?
Nothing. Zilch. Zero!
We're not going to charge you for a phone call, that would just be silly.
What happens at the end of our chat?
Jump onto a basic wellness programme OR learn more about yourself!
If you want to find out more about your overall wellness, then a wellness consultation is ideal. It also gives you further opportunity to voice any other concerns you may have and the wellness goals you have in mind..
What kind of wellness consultation would suit me?
Well, that depends on what your goals are!

What happens at my wellness consultation?
We develop a wellness plan for you!
At the end of 60 minutes, we would have developed a specialised wellness plan for you that suits your lifestyle and can help towards reaching your goals.
So, when can I get a consultation?
At the next available appointment!
If your request is urgent, we might be able to schedule a special appointment for you. Otherwise we generally see most people, 2 weeks later, due to our busy calendar.
Is that free too?

I can't make it to you, can you come to me?
Sure, that's what we do!
We want to make it as easy as possible for you. So, as long as you're in the greater Auckland area, we're happy to get out of the office to meet you at your place of business
or home.
Do I have to pay extra for that?
Of course not!
It's a complimentary service we offer because we know that sometimes it's hard to take time away from your busy lifestyle.
At work? I don't know if my boss would let me?
Are you kidding me? I think you'll be very surprised at how co-operative your boss can be!
In fact, most bosses are ecstatic to have forward-thinking employees with the initiative to improve their wellbeing and will gladly allow you to have your consultation during work hours or your lunch break.
But you know your boss better than I do - so be sure to ask first!
What do you class as the greater Auckland region?
Almost all suburbs between Orewa and Pukekohe!
We service most of the greater Auckland region, there are a few small towns that we may not be able to get to but we will certainly try our best.
